We are deeply indebted to him for all his help with our activities and fund-raising. He, too, was a freshmen in 1977 when we entered Bedford High School. Now we are moving on to greater things, but we will always remember Mr. Kelly and all he has done for us, the class of 1 981 . REFLECTIONS It ' s time to go and leave this place, Oh, but we ' ve grown used to it. I think we all loved it more Than we could ever admit. It seems like only yesterday, That we were ready to start The best four years of our lives And now it ' s time to part. The good times we had, The laughter we shared when we were togethi The many friendships that kept us going, These memories are forever. So many things we saw and did: People, places, and things. Yearbooks filled with familiar faces, Prom nights, and class rings. The football games, the dances, And parties, parties galore. The soccer games, and hockey games, And much, much more. But now it ' s time to move ahead, And some new friends find. We won ' t forget our old ones, Though we leave them far behind. And as we go our separate ways, Our worries and fears less, We look back and shed a tear For good old BHS. — Mary Stockdale SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS JULIET ACKERMAN ANDREA MARIE ARDITO Droid This is the end beautiful friend the end. STILL Lady, morning ' s just a moment away and I ' m without you once again You laughted at me You said you never needed me now We played the games that people play We made mistakes along the way Somehow I know deep in my heart You needed me Remembering the pain if I must say It ' s Deep in my mind and locked away But then most of all I do love you, still Those memories, times I ' m sure we ' ll never forget Those feelings we can ' t put aside For what we had, sometimes I try to under- stand But it ' s so heavy on my mind So many dreams that flew away So many words we didn ' t say Two people lost in a storm Where did we go? Where ' d we go? Lost but we both were found You know we let each other down But then most of all I do love you, still We played the games that people play We made our mistakes along the way Somehow I know deep in my heart You needed me cause I needed you So desperately We were too blind to see But then most of all I do love you, Still JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS Secretary — Mark Ennis, Treasurer — Shelly Nassr, Vice President — Kathryn Whitney, President — Mary Kay Wieler, Prom Committee Co-chairperson — Julie McGarry, Prom Committee Co-chairperson — Greg French Front Row: Linda )ohnson, Bekah Angus, Lynn Blaisdell, Maria Alessi, Linda Christen, Ginger Buxton, Sue Bergin, Charlene Bland, Linda Beck, Diana Blair; Middle Row: Jill Aldorisio, Theresa Brown, Leslie Burger, Stephanie Antonuccio, Nate Brown, Paul Brady, Paul Gerpial, Marcia Carpentier, Judy Chase, Linda Caristi, Robin Blake; Back Row: Kevin Bradshaw, Eric Bumann, Jim Castaneda, Louis Brown, Robert Brennan, Nathan Allen, Gary Ackerman, Scott Alcaide, Mike Clyde Front Row: Marie Dolan, Denise Conway, Amy Faulds, Kendel Davis, Karen Friedman, Anne Lunig, Deb Eaton, Kathleen Davidson, Natalie Dobkowski, Annett D ' antoni, Angelica Coleo, Lauree Dameron; Middle Row: Lois Farrel, Susan Donaldson, Jennifer Cobe, Lisa Dowhng, June Falabella, Kathy Collins, Bill Evans, Mark Ennis, Bob Donahue, Mike Donahue, Greg Esses, Chris Long, Randy Eckhardt; Back Row: Robin Comley, Neile Diehard, Richard Delfino, Ian Cone, Jimmy Donovan, David Courtoglous, Greg Evans, Bob Couto, John deLellis, Paul Couvee, David Duff 4 Front Row: Kathy Salinas, Terry MacNeil, Diane McCarron, Andrea McClatchey, Kami Lambert, Laura Libby, Bethanne Larson, Terry MacCarthy, Linda Leong, Liz McGonagle; Middle Row: Donna MacDougal, Donna Mead, Robbie Matthews, Scott McCaffrey, Doug Kutyna, )eff Lipson, Francis McCovern, Marty Cuay, Patty Lehan, Sue MacDonald, Julie McCombe, Julie McCarry, Kathy Macintosh; Back Row: Lenny Mason, Ed Lane, J.R. ADMINISTRATION Principal ' s Message The price of success is hard work and dedication to one ' s own goals for the future. As you complete your high school career, each of you must now begin to apply those things you have learned which will help you to reach your goals. Keep in mind that success is not only job and financial security but rather success also means having respect for the dignity and rights of others. On behalf of all of us at Bedford High School, congratula- tions and best wishes. Thomas J. Duggan Principal Thomas Duggan SECRETARIES V Mrs. Happy 154 Mrs. Lunig Mrs. Chamberlain ADMINISTRATION It is a pleasure again to send greetings to graduating seniors of Bedford High School through the pages of this yearbook and to the students in the other classes. The seniors were freshmen in 1977 when I was also a freshmen in Bedford. I know something about their ambitions, their concerns and their dreams. If their four years ' education in Bedford High School adds something to the fulfillment of their dreams and ambitions then we, their teachers, take satisfaction in sharing in this sense of fulfillment. I, too, graduate from the Bedford schools this year, but I will long remember this class of 1981. Kenton E.
