JUST RECORD Just as a needle follows tracks pressed in black vinyl, a student follows the paths inscribed by his teachers and fellow students. Often, in the middle of this path lies an obstacle. With a record, this obstacle may cause a skip. With a student, an obstacle can cause curiosity, confusion, or frustration. Since the needle of a record player requires only a little nudge to get back into the groove, maybe that's all a student needs to find success. It is the responsibility of the yearbook to record both the high and low points of the 1986-87 school year. On a record, the highs and lows produce sound. These highs and lows - the cheers and the groans - also produce the experience called life.
