'llhat long awaited time has arrived. Our Senior year. XYe came-to he educated. and we were! XYe saw-this much of our life pass not without mishap. lVe conquered-everyone about us. but we're not saying how. The teachers will be sorry to see us leave. How sorry? Ask them! lVe took all life had to offer missing nothing, and gave as much as we chose in return, hut we had a wonderful time doing it. The wide world calls us now, and so we leave. Most of us know not where: except the hoys of course. Most of them will go to defend our country. Many of them have already gone: among these are some of our class officers. The war has changed a lot of things for most of us- good: the sailors: had: death and destruction, but we go forth to meet come what may. and the attitude taken-ask our teachers that, too! 14
