OC is one of the busiest of persons. He is Director of Student Activities, and, in addition, is Director of Athletics. Personally, we feel that the right man is in the right place. Doc has that personality and good sportmanship that create a demand for him as a chaperon at all social affairs, which makes him a friend to all. You simply cannot help liking him. This year he in- troduced his bride to Beckley College-both are doing well. We cannot truthfully say Another good man gone wrong, because Doc is as good as he was before. GEORGE D. WOOD V. HJ ,ml ' a N., S PAUL L. BRUNSTETTER ESERVED, sincere, quiet, serious- this is Professor Brunstetter. He is deeply interested in his work. One always finds him engrossed in something. His class- room lectures are very beneficial to every student and should be remembered by them many years after they are through school. He stays right with his subject, dealing only in facts, and rarely ever going off on a tan- gent. Mr. Brunstetter has won the admir- ation of everyone. .QI 31 lg..

S DIRECTOR of the Placement Bureau, Mrs. Boone holds a position of much responsibility. It is her duty to direct the securing of positions for the students. In doing this, she must determine which student needs work the most and which student Hts the particular position she has in mind. Mrs. Boone handles it all very well. She is not only known to the entire student body but to Harrisburg and the vicinity as well. Mrs. Boone is a friend to all of us. BESSIE S. BOONE HE Preceptress of the Girls' Dormi- tories, she is a mother to every girl and to some boys in Beckley College. Mrs. Coover possesses that personality which makes everyone accept the motherly advice which she offers. It has won for her the title Mother Coover.
