SUN AND FUN FILLED THE Most boys and girls busied themselves for the three months of vacation from school with activities which brought them monetary rewards. Working in hay fields, car hopping, ranch and yard work, moving pipe, babysitting, and various other lines of employment filled the days as well as the coffere. There were always plenty of leisure hours which were spent in cycling, swimming, tennis, hiking, camping, and vaca- tioning with the family. There was regret at seeing this season pass. Sharri Abston Gina Anderson Lori Archer Paul Anders Jill Anderson Shane Ascheman Timid was the word for the freshman as he found his way to the green fortress in the fall of '76. He was much relieved to learn there was no initiation, but he soon sensed that he was definitely a fourth class citizen. His courage seeped back as the year progressed. He learned he could build an adequate float, pick good queen candidates, and in general earn his right to be a fine citizen of BCHS. Zan Aslett Charlie Baker
