Foreword We, the Seniors of 1955, take great pride in presenting this annual to the students of Beaver- head County High School; for recorded here on these pages are the memories of the fun and good times we have had together. We sincerely hope that it willtake its place among your most cherished possessions, so that in future years you may glance through its pages with fond remem- brance. If learning were all we gained here at Beaver- head County High, it would make the years spent here worthwhile, but the obtaining of knowledge was only one phase of our varied and full high school life. We also treasure the hours of companionship with our friends and the warm understanding and tireless efforts of our teachers. Equally precious are the experiences we shared in learning to live and work together in the classrooms and various organizations. We shall never forget the rousing assemblies. the class yells and cheerleaders, the band and chorus activities, the class meetings and plays, and the many dances and games. There are also the memories of athletic fame, noisy study halls, and the numerous romances which have come and gone through the years. Nothing can ever dim the pride we have inour school. Beaverhead County High has always had outstanding work in music, athletics, journalism, and dramatics. In this annual we have tried to show a small part of our extra-curricular ac- tivities, class histories, and various organiza- tions. Although we may not be well remembered as the years pass by at Beaverhead County High, we will never forget our days here. May this book, which binds us all together, show to us and our school mates the true spirit of Beaver- head County High School. 2
