Mrs. Earl Hopkins and Mrs. Jay Check as the advisors. Members for the honor society are rated by all the high school teachers on the basis of character, service, leadership, and scholarship. Forty-five students were inducted this year, 152 of the SENIOR class and SZ of the junior class. In future years, 52 of each junior class and 102 of each SENIOR class will be chosen, making 1575 of each graduating class members of the National Honor Society. Those tapped for 1962 were: l. to r. --FIRST ROW--Mrs. Jay Check, Don Axe, Anne Zinck, Ann Albright, Larry Brown, Suzi Zur- cher, Sharon Gleadall, Chris Kennedy, Kay Rasper, and Meredith Finley. SECOND ROW--Mrs. Earl Hopkins, Gundy Menk, Judy Wells, Margaret Hurley, Lynnell Borde- wisch, Sharon Black, Barbara Wetzel, Janet Shumaker, Pam Robinson, Pat Brown, and Judy Zinck. THIRD ROW--Steve Grice, Jane Nussbaum, Judy Glover, Barbara Fannin, Tom Chamberlain, Bonnie Waters, Cindy Baker, Joyce Mason, and Bob Buerger. FOURTH ROW--Sharon Wiseman, Nancy Pleska, Sandy DeBra, Barbara Wightman, Linda Koerner, Jane Geswein, Sharon Sears, and Mary Coy. FIFTH ROW--Terry Jones, Rusty Cleaver, Jack Fisher, Richard Norman, Bill LaPrise, Russ Masters, Douglas Schneider, and Phil Shepardson.
