Guidance MRS. BEULAH V. COOK As we, the students of Beaver Area High School, attempt to formulate our plans for the future, we are confronted with many and vari- ous problems. Standing by to assist in innumerable ways is Mrs. Beulah Cook, our guidance director and her assistant, Mr. Frank Rogers. Never too busy to talk over our problems, offer advice and counsel, and suggest ways and means of finding answers to our problems, Mrs. Cook renders a service of immeasurable value to all of us. So also does Mr. Rogers offer counsel to the underclassmen. The class of 1963 would like to express its deep appreciation to these two for their untiring efforts in our behalf.

Charlesworth for his valuable time spent, his endless pa- tience and his constant eFFort applied to making Beaver Area High School a better school in which to learn. Al- ways alert to the necessity for im- provements in education, he has been responsible for the installation of new courses, expansion and revision of old ones, encouragement of the students to do better work and accomplish the goals set up. We really appreciate what he has done for all students. May we also express our thanks to Mr. Higbee, the assistant principal, to Mrs. Hagerty, and Mrs. Hogsett, sec- retaries, for their untiring efforts in handling all the details in the smooth operation of the oFtice. Mr. Frank H. Rogers Guidance Counselor Miss Ruth Fisher School Nurse Officiating in the health center, is our school nurse, Miss Ruth Fisher. Her duties include yearly health conferences, physical examinations, and emergency first aid in case of accident or sickness.
