May We express our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Anne Frye, our class sponsor. Without her able assistance our class could not have made such a wonderful record in candy sales. She sup- plied the guiding hand when the time came for the class to make the important plans for our banquet and dance. There is much Work to be done in arranging for commencement invita- tions, name cards and thank you notes, and Mrs. Frye did more than her share of it. For all this help We are deeply grateful. The class of 1957 will long remember her for her leadership, in- spiration and help in making this year the most successful of all for our class. Class of ,57 MR. WILLIAM W. PATERICK Shingas Adviser 6 MRS. ANNE T. FRYE Senior class sponsor The class of 1957 cannot fully express its ap- preciation to Mr. Williain W. Paterick for his tireless efforts as adviser in the production of the 1957 Shingas. His advice, founded on years of experience, prevented us from making mis- takes, and he urged us on when, because of our procrastination, it looked as if the Shingas might not appear on schedule. Most of the class do not realize what a trc- mendous task it is to co-ordinate all efforts in planning, selling, editing and producing a Shin- gas. Those of us who have Worked closely with these problems now have a better appreciation of the tasks involved. VVithout his guidance, counsel and untiring efforts We could not have produced our SHINGAS for 1957. WVe really mean it when We say- Thank you sincerely, Mr. Paterickv. Class of '57
