CHANDLER E. MCMILLAN, B.s., M.s., n. Ed. pf ,gb xl yy, SUPERINTENDENT or BEAVER AREA sci-lool.s WLMAZZ' Any period of transition is never easy. To undergo a change 'From four school districts oper- ating independently along some lines and col- lectively along others to a consolidated union re- quires many long hours of careful analyses, planning, and preparation. This is what the Beaver Area School District has recently com- pleted under the guidance of Dr. C. B. McMillan and a board of 22 directors. The work is not yet complete but under such capable leadership we can look forward to an even greater advance in education when the new high school building becomes a reality. The Class of T955 would like to express its gratitude to Dr. McMillan and the board for what they have done for us while we were in high school. Ruth E. Johnston, Secretary 14dminiA tration
