ROM the time students enter high school as Freshmen until they graduate four years later as seniors, they come under the guiding influence of many people. Of these a few stand out because of their close association with class extra curricular activities. Miss Anna Mary Fleck guided us through the first two hectic years. M Thelma Campbell took up there and led us to records never before attained by any class. Our magazine sale topped all previous records and the Tulip Time Prom was something to be talked about for years to come. We express our sincere appreciation for the time and effort she has put forth on our ac- count. As we entered our senior year Mr. William Charlesworth assumed the sponsorship. With his unbounding enthusiasm transferred to us we foloreciafion promptly sold over 700 boxes of Christmas Can- dles. Lending his aid to Mrs. Mary Allen Jones, director of our Senior Class Play, by taking over the business details, he helped to make I Re- member Mamaw a great success. And again in the exciting days around commencement his mature counsel kept us moving in the right di- rection. For his work we express many thanks. As Shingas adviser, Mr. Paterick, too, tackled a big job. His supervision has made another Shingas come to life to present a new chapter in the story of Beaver High School. We appreciate his knowledge of publications and his numerous ideas more than we can say.
