Charles S. Linn Principal, Beaver High School lt is a pleasure and privilege to greet the pupils of the high school through the pages of the Shingas. There are many satisfactions in my work, but there is no satisfaction that is greater than the pleasure that comes through the cooperation and friendship of the pupils of the high school. Many students of Beaver High School have entered the armed forces of our nation and are located in all parts of the world. We miss them in our school but honor them in the service of our country. The success of the Class of i944 has been due to their spirit and willingness to work. Your class members have engaged in many school activities and maintained a high scholastic standard. The success of the Shingas has been due to the effort put forth by the members of the class and your spon- sors.
