Actual experience in these fields is of the utmost importance. America needs not only those who can perfect its machines but also those trained to operate them. Cooperation is the key- note of a country ' s success. Our coun- try and the rest of the world need skilled operators, farmers, printers- all types of workmen working hand in hand. MR.
