HUHHH ll lHHHHlIHN Sincerely endeavoring wisely to administer the school, this body of eight civic-minded citi- zens has led us through :mother year of war. Their part in preparing us, the future citizens of America, was ably done. It is a hard job to please a school full of peo- pleg the Board of liducation did not let this hinder them in carrying out their excellent program. We of not so acute judgment realize now that what they did was best, and will con- tinue to be so. Letting wisdom and foresight be their guide, they have chosen the curriculum, teachers, and textbooks for our fair school. Their repeated efforts at improving the school institutes con- fidence in us. Their superb ability at their task has been shown by the quality of this year's graduating class. They owe their fine pre- paredness to meet the problems of living to these fine people. The war has presented apparently insur-- mountable obstacles. Courageously they stuck to the job until it was done. This was their cog in the machine of education. We cannot be too high in our praise of the task they have done so well.
