1 Dedication, E fficienc At times the production of an annual seems rather complex. The hard task of coordinat- ing separate staffs and ideas does not always run smoothly. This organization needs a pool of different ideas and points of view. An important part of getting a book into print, includes deadlines. Basically these dead- line dates seem to offer times of frantic rushing around. Generally this presents a pressure situation for everyone. Somehow the pages always get to the publishing company for printing. The struggle between different staffs seems ever present. Staffs such as, photographers, typists, and page workers need to work as one team. Com- promises between staffs add to a better chance of producing a great book. An an- nual staff includes dedicated students who strive toward one goal-a good yearbook. S4 -. iff Y
