George Kilgore Horace digs listening to music and rapping. After his school days are done. Horace’s ambition is to go to a junior college for bus- iness. Deborah Knapp Debbie enjoys playing the piano and reading. The highest goal in Debbie's life is to be happy. Earl Knight Earl digs music, women, and foot- ball. Pearl’s goal is college. He usually can be seen around school with Virgil. Kagal Knight K-Gee’s a college entrance major whose hobbies include peo- ple and drawing. Becom- ing a registered nurse is K-Gee’s goal after gradu- ation. Phil Knight Our man “Basket” is one of B.H.S.’s well-rounded athletes. Sports and meeting people are high on his list of loves. This three letter man plans to go to college and play Pro Football. William Laham Bill participates in swimming and billiards in his spare time. He plans to go to college after graduation. Jennifer Komer Jen likes knitting, cooking and boys. She has participated as a Library Aide and was on the pep squad. Jen plans to at- tend college after graduation. Janet Kudzia Janet can only be described as laugh- ing, painting, and party- ing. Janet plans to go to college and create a beau- tiful painting after gradu- ation. Barbra Langelier Cooking, sewing and swimming are what Barb enjoys most. Barb has followed a busi- ness course throughout school and would like to fol- low an airline career after graduation. Paul Laurelli Paul enjoys hunting, fishing and just hanging around in front of Mid-Town. Although Paul is one of the smaller members of B.H.S., we are sure he will succeed in the future. Janice LaValle Janice enjoys skiing, horseback rid- ing. basketball and music. After graduation she would like to work to help the blind, deaf and handicapped children. David F. Lawson Moose Man spends his free time playing football and chess. Political Science is on this all-American Boyscout’s agenda for college. Good luck Moose! Dawn Lawhun Dawn is one of B.H.S.’s more quiet students. Dawn enjoys collecting Canadian money and loves all animals. Dawn plans to practice cosme- tology after graduating from Beacon. Steven Lazinsky Steve has been active in DeMolay. Steve lists his favorite hobby as le sex d'opposite. After leaving B.H.S. Steve would like to go to Indiana University to study law. Robert F. Lennon Among Spot's interests are art and working on cars. After graduation. Spot’s plans include travel. Mary, and becoming a disc jockey. Wayne Letterio Wayne enjoys painting, boating, waterskiing and swimming. Wayne has been involved in B.O.C.E.S. and after graduation he would like to join the Navy. Mary Lewis Mary is on her way to be a good secretary. But her goal after graduation is to be a nurse, and not to watch all those soap operas. Linda Loffay When Linda is not busy with her secre- tarial course, she manages to enjoy swimming, water and snow skiing, horse- back riding, and collect- ing oriental objects. Gain- ing a place in the world of art is her goal. Sharon Lyons Finding someone who really cares about me”, thats what Sharon has found. She enjoys Dave, music and meeting people. After grad- uation, Dave and marriage are in this likeable girl’s future. Mary MacDonald Meet- ing people and collecting stuffed animals takes up time, but Mary plans to make time for college and registered nursing. Future traveling will help make Mary’s life a good and happy one. Margaret Maher Peggy likes to sew. dance, and help other people when they need her. Peggy’s main ambition is to be happy with Tom. Corrine Manetta Cory has followed a high school course in the business field to be a perfect secre- tary. Her other interests include horseback riding, reading, and baseball. 10

Patricia Hall Patty enjoys swimming, reading and the Beacon Volunteer Ambu- lance Corps. Medicine is her main interest for college after graduation. Stephen Hammond Steve enjoys golf and has taken part in J.V. foot- ball and baseball. Steve holds college as his major goal after gradua- tion. Clayton Hayden Clay hopes to become a pilot in the Air Force or join the Navy. He enjoys girl-watching, hunting, eating pie, jazz and farming. Barbara Handley Barb enjoys painting and grooming dogs. After graduation she would like to attend a veterinarian school to become . . . naturally a vet. Jacalyn Handley Jac has been engaged in a business course here at Beacon High. “Engaged is a nice word to Jac because her goals after graduation are to become a secretary and get married. She also enjoys having fun. Ray Haynes This future big time journalist likes drums and girls. Soy's future plans are to marry Sue and make lots of money. Corina Hayes Corina enjoys cheerleading, volleyball, sewing, danc- ing and Allen. To stay single and become an X-Ray technician are her goals after graduation. Margaret Hedges Maggie is a ski bunny who likes having a good time—and collecting weird shaped wine bottles. Maggie plans to tra- vel and become a nursing attendant. Lynne Herzog Lynne busies herself by studying cosmetology and spending time with Steve. We are sure Lynne will be a successful hairdresser and wife. Anita Hurley Nini enjoys singing in choir and chorus. Her hobbies include Richie, swimming and writing. Going to college and living a happy, prosperous life are Nini’s hopes for the future. John Hunt John is studying a business course. In the meantime, he plays basket- ball expertly. John wants to go to college and we're sure he’ll be a successful sociolo- gist. Vincent Iannone When Vinny’s not “partying he's in school. That helps us to conclude that he’s not in school too often. Not knowing what Vinny plans to do after graduation, we know he'll have a good time. Virgil Jackson Sonny's main activity is dealing with people. His hobbies include women and “getting into his head. Going to college and entering the field of social work are Sonny’s goals. Wilfredo Jimenez ‘T like to stare at the stars and ask them ques- tions.” The statement of a dreamer or a person on his way to being a true philosopher? Wendy Johnson Wendy, a valuable mem- ber of our class, has a special personality that makes her a pleasure to be around. Future years hold a college education and an uncertain career. Linda Johanan Linda, an involved B.H.S. student, has centered her interests in sewing, writing, candle making, and traveling. Linda's goal is to become an executive. Rosemary Johannets When you walk by home ec. and smell some- thing burning, thats where you’ll find Roe! Her hobbies are skiing and talking, and after graduation, wedding bells will fill air around this little Italian’s life. David Jolly Joll’s is a real friendly guy whose pastime is a particular girl. Joll en- joys drinking and driving his Chevelle. We all wish Dave the best of luck for the future. Theresa Jones Terry’s activities include basketball, baseball, collecting shoes and stuffy animals. Terry hopes to become a keypunch operator and a great housewife. Leapoida Kabajlo Lea's interests include swimming and tennis. Lea's major goal is to become a good secretary. We know she’ll make good. Kathy Kadish Kathi’s very seldom alone because if she’s not with a certain carrot top. she’s partying with friends. Her future holds a career in teaching and then marriage. Lawrence Kilduff After graduation. Tex wants to tour the country and get some skiing experience, but with his record, he should go higher that that. 9

Thomas Maniscalco Tom, one of the more studious members of the ’72 class, enjoys his yellow VW. After graduation, Tom hopes to visit Nome, Alaska. William Martin Bill enjoys outdoor sports, girls, and blue Volkswagens. It’s good he likes to drive around, because he wants to drive up to either Marist or Dutchess next year. Antonio Martinez Tony has followed a general course and has participated in the I.B.M. Co-op for the past two years. Sleeping and playing basketball head the top of his hobbies. Law enforcement is in his future. Mary Martyak Being musically inclined, Mary en- joys playing the piano, clarinet, and trying to play the guitar. She will be a sure cinch to succeed in her college career. Richard Matthews Richie, another quiet member of the '72 class, enjoys basketball, tennis, and cars. After leav- ing good old Beacon High. Riche has plans for the Navy. Mary Ann Mattracion When Mary Ann isn’t talking to Bobby, she’s skiing with him. Studying business, Mary Ann will make a locquacious and friendly executive secretary. Dave Millis Dave enjoys listening to rock music. After graduation Dave would like to go to the University of Arizona. We’re sure Dave will be a success in whatever he decides to do in the future. Virginia Mont Stugie. a cheerleader, office aide, and chorus member, is active in many sports. Spare time finds Stugie cooking. reading. and meeting people. She would like to someday be a nurse and help people. Cordelia J. Morgan Jack- ie loves to ride around and go to the movies. Jackie also likes summer time and pizza. After grad- uation Jackie would like to go to nursing school and travel. Jack Mitchell Jackie, a N.S.O. youth council mem- ber finds pleasure in sports, as well as watch- ing the ladies. Jackie, plans to go into business admin- istration after he attends a two year college. Best of luck Jackie. Marlene Mordas Marzie. quite active in school ac- tivities, enjoys water skiing, dancing, and partying. Goals after graduation include law and a U.N. worker. We’re sure Mar- lene will make good. Renita Morgan Jo, who enjoys swimming and meeting people, has been involved in yearbook. Li- brary Aide, and twirling. We wish the best to this future executive secretary whose plans include col- lege and travel. Ronald Morrill Chipper feels that cars, girls, and fishing are an important part of his activities. In the future Chipper plans to join the Navy and eventually get married. Laurie Morrison Laurie has been active in Beacon High as a National Honor Society member. She is well known for being a majorette leading our band. One of her future goals is to enter college upstate. Daniel Mazzacone Dan enjoys many activities which include football, wrestling, and track, as well as an interest in horseback riding. He anticipates his future plans as being a state policeman. Judith McCasland Judy loves to sew and also en- joys dancing, swimming, and hair styling. She would like to attend a beauty culture school as her next step into the future. Brian Mortensen Mort is an active member of the Senior class as well as being President of the Var- sity Club this year. Also Mort loves to play guitar. After graduation Mort plans to go to college and travel throughout the U.S. Patricia Murphy As an announcer for the school band. Pat has also parti- cipated in the National Honor Society. Her exper- ience in the IBM Co-op program will be reward- ing in her future career as a secretary. Timothy MiGinness Tim didn’t reveal any of his goals after graduation, but we know he’ll have fun. Besides sailing on the Hudson River Sloops, Tim likes to ride his bicycle. William McNair Peanut is a man of action. He digs football, basketball, and track. After awhile of follow- ing the action. Peanut plans to live a very happy life. Good luck Peanut. Terry Musacchio Terry’s main interests are involved in Home Economics. If Terry changes her mind about teaching or interior decorating, she will be a secretary or good home- maker. Debra Nett Debbie is in a business course and hopes to be a successful secretary and visit Cali- fornia. Debbie has been an active member of the National Honor Society and her hobbies are sew- ing, reading, and swim- ming.
