Charlotte Fisher Sherry has been active in baseball, basketball, and volleyball. She centers her attentions around motorcycles and painting. Joseph Fisher Joe is one of the handy members of our class attending the B.O.C.E.’s program. After graduation. Joe plans to enter the Electrician’s Union. Mary Ellen Fontaine Rabbit’s activities include ski- ing and trying to cook. After graduation she desires to own a farm, train chickens, raise children, and live life to its fullest. America, here she comes! Melinda Fox Mindy (alias Chuckles!) is an active member of our volleyball team as well as our great yearbook staff. Her future holds for her a career as a dental assistant. Good Luck to a great girl. Sharon Fredricks Sharon is a quiet girl who enjoys her friends. She is often seen riding around in a certain gold Chevy. Her future plans are undecided. Edward Fryar Shine was actively involved in basket- ball and track. Meeting peo- ple. making friends, travel- ing. and girls bring pleasure to Shine. His future plans include Liberal Arts at col- lege. John Ginocchio As a college entrance student. John is active in baseball, and going to Lourdes see- ing someone special and causing a bit of trouble. Patrick Goodall A college entrance student, Pat plans on becoming an Architect. He is an active participant in sports, including St. Joachim's basketball. Cy- cles are another interest for Pat. Theresa Grasso Part of Terry’s day is spent at B.O. C.E.S., for her future in cosmetology. Terry seems to be a more domestic type. Her interests include sew- ing and knitting. Robert Gleba Being an expert. Bob is always seen on the ski slope. Knowing Bob has no plans for the future, we think he will be the next Jean Claude Kiley. Wennie Graham Athletic- ally inclined. Wennie likes volleyball, baseball and swimming. After gradua- tion. she plans to become a registered nurse. Debra Green Debbie’s in- terests consist of collect- ing colorful posters, play- ing softball and partying. As a member of the Future Secretaries of America, Debbie plans to attend a business college. Jaqueline Green Jackie is interested in singing and dancing. She plans to become a legal secretary after finishing her secretarial course at B.H.S. Sandra Green San finds pleasure in writing and hopes to become a legal secretary. We all know that this little bundle of friendliness and joy will make her mark in the business world. Sandra Griffin Sandy is Paul Gromkowski Paul one of our most energetic keeps busy skiing, hunting football and basketball and working on cars. He spectators. Skiing, sewing and eating take up Turtle- butt’a time. too. A nursing career is evident in her future, and her job at the nursing home will prove valuable. Michele Garrett Getting to know people seems to make Mitzi happy. As a nurses aid at Highland Hos- pital. she will certainly gain a good experience for her future as a nurse. Cynthia Genco Quiet Cindy enjoys tennis, bowling and basketball. To attend college after graduation and become an elementary school teacher are her main goals. Joyce Gibbons Twirling, sewing and sports occupy most of Joyce’s time. Her college entrance course has paved the way for her future years as an elementary school teacher. Janice Gunn Janice likes dancing, music and party- ing. After graduation she plans on becoming a stew- ardess or possibly a teach- er. Margaret Haley Meg en- joys swimming—she gets a great burn, and partying —no party is great with- out her. This fun-loving red head’s future plans are for possibly college and a lot of travel. 8

Frances Carbonaro Frann's interest in mini-bikes may one day lead her cross- country. She enjoys paint- ing. horses, and flute play- ing She hopes to be either a cartoonist or veterinarian. Daniel Carlton This new- comer to Beacon likes to spend most of his time on the basketball court. We wish this “king” the best of luck. Syble Carrington Sibs is a genuine party girl, es- pecially at Brownies. She is also one of our terrific cheerleaders. Sibs plans are to be an executive secretary in N.Y.C. Timothy Caspery Cass interests are J.V. football and hunting. Cas’s major goal after graduation is to go to college and then settle down. Good luck to one fine B.H.S. student. Karen Cicalese Karen enjoys water-skiing, swim- ming. and horseback riding. A B.O.C.E.S. student. Ka- ren is interested and hopes to be a good beautician. Sandra Coone Short and sweet, that’s our Sandy. Her smile and bright personality are one of the best things we could inherit from Lourdes. After gradua- tion Sandy plans to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist. Brynie Cooper There are two sides of Brynie. serious minded and “foolin’ around havin’ a good time” Bry- nie. Her contributions in the Youth for Ecological Action has helped our school and community. Ruth Collins Quiet is a good word to use in describ- ing Ruthie. But just because she is quiet doesn’t mean that she isn’t ambitious. She plans on traveling across the country and her hobbies are drawing and painting. Linda Cohen Linda must hold a record for holding a bubble gum bubble for 7Vfe mins. Dancing, music and good times occupy her now. She plans to go to college for Business Mer- chandising. Elissa Corrado This girl is destined for a roy-al life! Leece enjoys skiing, which made her prone to a Ver- mont college, yet Colorado has mountains, and her desire to major in French may be fulfilled there! Thomas Costa Musically inclinded. Tom plays the sax and clarinet, and enjoys tennis and girls. Having been in HAIR and BRIGADOON. Tom hopes to be a band or choir instructor. Dawn Cuchelo Dawn’s hobbies include art. collecting odds and ends, and Timmy. Her plans are to become a successful psychologist and marry soon! Robert Cunningham Bobby surely played a major role for the Bulldogs, and will be seen on the ski slopes this winter. Perhaps sports will follow Bob as he heads for college. Good Luck Bob! JoAnne Davis Joe places going out and never being home on the top of her achievements. Her career at B.H.S. has seen her as a member of the student council. After graduation. JoAnne plans to get married. Helen Degli-Angeli Her Co-op work experience and membership in the National Honor Society (Business) makes Helen a cinch as a secretary. Other interests of hers are baking and horseback-riding. Debora Denette Reading and horseback-riding oc- cupy Debby’s time. She plans to enter the nursing field while in college. Natalie DeNicholas Among Nat’s likes are swimming, horses, and a certain Skull- duggery. Nat is now aiming for a graduation party and becoming an airline steward- ess. Judi Dexter “Miss Politi- cian isn’t aiming for a political career. Even though she was the trea- surer of the Sophomore class and Student Associa- tion. she is seeking a ca- reer as a social worker. Robert Digneo Bobby en- joys girls, drinking, and trouble. We hope that he straightens out before ful- filling his goal of being a state policeman. Elizabeth Dvorsak Libby is interested in knitting and skiing, and is a mem- ber of this years yearbook staff. She plans to go into the nursing field after graduation. Fred Feldman When Fred’s not on the tennis court, he’s in the library. He hasn’t made future plans as yet but if worse comes to worse he can al- ways make it as an inter- national chess player. Leslie Feldman Leslie is this years valedictorian, and would like to pursue a career in physics or medicine. He was honored at the Chemistry Awards Dinner 1971-72. Les also participates in the school band and choir. 7

Patricia Hall Patty enjoys swimming, reading and the Beacon Volunteer Ambu- lance Corps. Medicine is her main interest for college after graduation. Stephen Hammond Steve enjoys golf and has taken part in J.V. foot- ball and baseball. Steve holds college as his major goal after gradua- tion. Clayton Hayden Clay hopes to become a pilot in the Air Force or join the Navy. He enjoys girl-watching, hunting, eating pie, jazz and farming. Barbara Handley Barb enjoys painting and grooming dogs. After graduation she would like to attend a veterinarian school to become . . . naturally a vet. Jacalyn Handley Jac has been engaged in a business course here at Beacon High. “Engaged is a nice word to Jac because her goals after graduation are to become a secretary and get married. She also enjoys having fun. Ray Haynes This future big time journalist likes drums and girls. Soy's future plans are to marry Sue and make lots of money. Corina Hayes Corina enjoys cheerleading, volleyball, sewing, danc- ing and Allen. To stay single and become an X-Ray technician are her goals after graduation. Margaret Hedges Maggie is a ski bunny who likes having a good time—and collecting weird shaped wine bottles. Maggie plans to tra- vel and become a nursing attendant. Lynne Herzog Lynne busies herself by studying cosmetology and spending time with Steve. We are sure Lynne will be a successful hairdresser and wife. Anita Hurley Nini enjoys singing in choir and chorus. Her hobbies include Richie, swimming and writing. Going to college and living a happy, prosperous life are Nini’s hopes for the future. John Hunt John is studying a business course. In the meantime, he plays basket- ball expertly. John wants to go to college and we're sure he’ll be a successful sociolo- gist. Vincent Iannone When Vinny’s not “partying he's in school. That helps us to conclude that he’s not in school too often. Not knowing what Vinny plans to do after graduation, we know he'll have a good time. Virgil Jackson Sonny's main activity is dealing with people. His hobbies include women and “getting into his head. Going to college and entering the field of social work are Sonny’s goals. Wilfredo Jimenez ‘T like to stare at the stars and ask them ques- tions.” The statement of a dreamer or a person on his way to being a true philosopher? Wendy Johnson Wendy, a valuable mem- ber of our class, has a special personality that makes her a pleasure to be around. Future years hold a college education and an uncertain career. Linda Johanan Linda, an involved B.H.S. student, has centered her interests in sewing, writing, candle making, and traveling. Linda's goal is to become an executive. Rosemary Johannets When you walk by home ec. and smell some- thing burning, thats where you’ll find Roe! Her hobbies are skiing and talking, and after graduation, wedding bells will fill air around this little Italian’s life. David Jolly Joll’s is a real friendly guy whose pastime is a particular girl. Joll en- joys drinking and driving his Chevelle. We all wish Dave the best of luck for the future. Theresa Jones Terry’s activities include basketball, baseball, collecting shoes and stuffy animals. Terry hopes to become a keypunch operator and a great housewife. Leapoida Kabajlo Lea's interests include swimming and tennis. Lea's major goal is to become a good secretary. We know she’ll make good. Kathy Kadish Kathi’s very seldom alone because if she’s not with a certain carrot top. she’s partying with friends. Her future holds a career in teaching and then marriage. Lawrence Kilduff After graduation. Tex wants to tour the country and get some skiing experience, but with his record, he should go higher that that. 9
