El Circulo Espagnole Second, third, and fourth year Spanish students, eager to further their ability in conversational Spanish, organized El Circulo Espagnole ' with the aid of Miss Mary Vetter. Watching Spanish films, playing Spanish games, and speaking only Spanish during the hour and a half definitely enabled the students to better manipulate the language. A night at a Spanish-speaking movie and dinner at a Spanish restaurant were designed to familiarize the members with Latin American customs. The Girls’ Ensemble, surreptiously and confusingly known as the Triple Trio, was a group of eight girls with excellent voices. The girls, Lynda Comet, Barbara Gendler, Cindy Jaye, Vicki Opper, Ronnie Steiger, Harriet Weingart and Susie Ziff, accompanied the choir in assembly and abroad to the choir's enhancement.
