Students are taught correct account- ing procedure with much stress placed on accu- racy and neatness. Among the other courses offered are Business Arithmetic, Business Law and Merchandising. Also, those who complete the full course of study may attend college and later receive a C.P.A. degree. Business Machines

H . i s INDUSTRIAL ARTS St IIUME ECONOMICS Chairman- M r. Girard Mayer The study of Industrial Arts pro- vides the college student with a basis for a better understanding of our technological age. To the prospec- tive engineer, a knowledge of this field is vital to college success. To students whose plans do not include college, industrial arts courses offer better opportunities for employ- ment and advancement. The study of Home Economics gives girls training in the all- important domestic arts of cooking and sewing. The department em- phasizes learning by doing. How- ever, much time is spent in learning about such associated topics as nu- trition and sewing machine opera- tion.
