snapping photos of Conover models jackie Marchand, Terri Schtulman, and Judy Henkensiefken, who were all wearing creations by Rosemary Bogelsack. Next to their table was a group of school teachers: janet Hardy, Ruth Hennessy, Marilyn Walter, Velma Weiner. Ruth Edwards and Sue Drezner. With them sat Barbara Hiells, now an interpreter. Wie heard Jerry Hock, now a member of the Marines and sitting with Marine Dick Massina and Navy man Phil Downey say that he wished the teachers had been that good looking when he went to school. At last the lights began to dim and the show, which was being televised, began. The television director was none other than the wonderful Ted Album and the noted television announcer, Ronald Delsner, acted as Master of Ceremonies. The main highlights of the program were a musical comedy number by the fabulous Jeanne Campanale. an aria from Carmen by Marie Vise and finally an excerpt from the new version of King Arthur. In this, Bettianne Fisch. Broadway star and D'Ann Prior. just back from a European tour, starred. Their costumes, which were indeed gorgeous. were designed by the famous Darcia Perez. As the curtain went down the applause was deafening. Then, everyone quite satisfied by the celebration for Ellie. and seeing old friends. eventually began to drift out. And as we reached the sidewalk we noticed that many of the cars lining the streets were from joe Rogers-New Car Dealer. :Most of the crowd went over to -Terry Potolsky's exclusive restaurant to eat and reminisce some more. Upon entering -It-rry's we found that Bob Lichtenstein. now playing pro basketball for the New York Knickerbockers. was already there talking to that great sports announcer Lloyd Winfield. just then Ruth Feinberg. noted columnist for the Herald Tribune and Mike Hordiner. star reporter of The New York Times entered. They went over to the table of Barbara Burns. Child Psychologist. and Marlene Snyder, Psychiatrist, who were actively engaged in conversation. A few minutes later we heard hlarlene. a comedienne at heart. shout out. Is there a doctor in the house? All eyes turned to handsome Hank Barnaby. NI D. who was entering with his capable staff of nurses. Among them was the Supt. of Nurses. Eleanor Erikson, and Janet Blaylock. Diary Ann Checka. Ines Cruz. Anne Detschel. and Martha Fiorello. SO ........ THROUGH THE YEARS AS YOU CAN TELL THE GRADS OF '54 HAVE DONE QUITE WELL, Nineteen

jk? Kfdiifi pI 0l0AeCg THAT MARVELOUS YEAR NINETEEN SEVENTY FIVE SURE WAS A TOSS UP BETWEEN KING ARTHUR AND JIVE FOR OUT OF THE DARK AGES AND INTO THE LIGHTS CAME A HEPPED UP VERSION OF KING ART AND HIS KNIGHTS. AND BECAUSE THIS BOOK WAS SUCH A HIT A CELEBRATION WAS THROWN FOR ELEANOR DE MARTINI. THE AUTHOR OF IT, , AND AT THIS SHINDIG, WE SAW ONCE MORE SOME OF OUR CLASSMATES OF '5-l. The celebration was held at the Hotel Launcelot in the Triangle Room. It was designed by those world acclaimed architects, Dick Treadwell. John D'Augelli. and Paul Dipple. The well known hotel manager. George A. Sinkoff. with the hotelfs gracious head receptionists. Dolores Sehanne and June Douglas. greeted ns in the spacious lobby. We marveled at the beautiful interior decorating done by Phyllis Hertz. Also in the lobby we were aware of lilting music supplied by Phil Novak and his band. As we entered the Triangle Room we immediately caught the effect of the beautiful lighting supplied by electrical engineer, Jerry Slama. After having been seated at our table we glanced around the room for familiar faces. We saw the noted nuclear physicist, Ahren Sadolf. who had just won the Nobel Prize. He was with his attractive mathematical assistant, Gloria Diehr. To our right in an absurd ten gallon hat evidently from Al IYerther's haberdashery. we saw the rich cattle rancher. Little Don Hoy. who had just been flown in from Texas by commercial pilot, John Capra. At that moment wt were startled by John Blulligan. the millionaire. surrounded by his usual bevy ol' gorgeous secretaries. Elaine Schacht. Joan Ashe. Anne Baker. Roz Benson, and Liz Proud, who dashed in. Close on his heels was Tax Searcher. Robert Brink. John hurried over to the table of his lawyer, Ken Godfrey. tlmsi- dcntally Ken was in the midst of several beautiful airline hostesses, Sue Burnett. Corrinne Cadieux. julie Dibble and Bunny MacGregorj. We then saw the light of flashbulbs and recognized the free lance photographer Ralph Veralli. He was Eighteen
