As the year 1962-63 comes to a close, we stop to reminisce about the events of the past school year. Ours was the first week of rush and began with a reception and dinner at the Lakewood Coun- try Club. The mid-week smoker was held at the Holiday Inn. The showing of several excellent pro- fessional films was the main attraction of this event. A Levee party and an early morning break- fast climaxed the week. We signed 35 pledges for a very successful and pleasant ending to rush for 1962-63. Programs at monthly meetings included talks on dentistry as well as related subjects of interest. to the dental student. Several table clinics and movies were presented. The social side of the fraternity included a party held every month—each with a seasonal theme. The social year was concluded by the Red Rose Formal at the Cabana Hotel which was enjoyed by members, their wives and dates.
