Kind, under- standing, and patient, Mr. Deering is an ideal person to head the junior school. Mr. Jack Stanford, Baylor's Director of Ad- missions, has the job of finding future Baylor students. Adininistration Comprised of four men whose jobs are often taken for granted, but whose value to the school is immeasureable, the Baylor administration strives to meet the challenges of a dynamic, modern school. Mr. Bruce Vickers, in his second year as Dean of Studies, has the task of coordinating the school's ever-changing curriculum, while also serv- ing as college counselor for almost one hundred seniors. Mr. Bob Marshall, the newest addition to the front ofhce, serves as the school's business manager. As a graduate professional engineer, he has had years of experience with design and rebuilding, an invaluable asset for leadership at Baylor during these important years of reorganization.
