The Greek symbols of the fraternity stand for philanthropy, deity and equity. The Beta Theta Chapter of Baylor has, as its primary goal, the advancement of medical scholarship. The fraternity prides itself in its annual all-school dance and in the sponsorship of an annual lectureship by an outstand- ing medical authority. Jnlerfrafernify 60111401 The Inter-Fraternity Council is composed of two representatives from each of the medical fraternities at B.U.C.M. other than honorary fraternities. The objects of the organization are to provide equal representation of the medical fraternities, to provide liason with the adminis- tration and faculty of the college and to resolve interfraternity problems. The Interfraternity Council formulates rules for fraternity rush. It is also the sponsor of the AESCULAPIAN and proposes to sponsor an all-school dance in the future.
