W 1928 THQ BAYLEY .ANNUAL 1928 ISV JOHN PAUL PARMEGIANI Class Vice-President, 4 Class Basketball, 2, 3, 4 Class Baseball, l, 2, 3, 4 Class Track Team, l, 3 Card Party Committee B. A. A., 4 Dance Committee, 4 'RE we have Parmie,' who, although the smallest member of the class, is by no means the least important. We must not judge his brain capacity, however, by his size, for when we have read the Honor Roll we have never found Parmie's name missing. He is always ready for an argu- ment but, still, is in all a good friend and classmate. He has not told us what he intends to do when he leaves Bayley but we are confident of his prosperity. Rumor has it that when he grows up Notre Dame will be proud to claim him as her own. Twenl y- two

W 1928 TH6 BAYQSY Q-ANNUAL 1928 KN HELEN ENOLA BALL Class Vice-President, 1 Class Treasurer, 3, 4 Ring Committee, 3 Entertainment Committee. 3 Class Basketball, 1, 2, 3, 4 Varsity Basketball, 2, 3, 4 Associate Editor-The Annual Class Poet, 4 Track Team, 1, 3 ,. ICTURED above is our class Pollyanna. VVhenever things seem to go wrong, Enola is always ready to lighten the situation with one of her merry little poems. Wiho could think of Birdiel' or That's Her Class without a smile? VVe have Enola to thank for the financial success of our class for two years. Her ever present cheerfulness has been manifested even when, in a state of frenzied finance, she tried in vain to prod on the delinquents with their class dues. Enola's popularity has been proved by her election to every committee. NVQ: are sure that many sick rooms will be brightened by the same cheer that we have known throughout school, when she follows the nursing profession. Twenty-one

1928 THE BAYLSY QANNUAL 1928 Wi IGN-' MARGARET DOTAORES NERNEY Class Secretary, 2, 3, 4 Ring Committee, 3 Dance Committee, 4 Associate Editor-The Annual Class Historian, 2, 3 Entertainment Committee, 3 EG is the sole representative, in our class, of Dover, the hill-town, whose reputation she has always nobly upheld. From the day she joined us at the beginning of our high school course, she has made many friends along the way. And who would not be proud to have her as a friend? XVhat is most remarkable in her regard is the way that she has been able to stun the class with a How of words, given in answer to some question concerning our studies. This accomplishment has caused us to turn to her when anything has to be done for the class, where her vocabulary would help us. And, let it here be said that she has never failed to respond. As to her future, we have heard rumors, still un- founded. that she has decided to grace the teaching profession. However, no matter what she decides to do, rest assured that, some day, Bayley will be more than proud to claim her as her own. T'wcnfy-three
