We, the Class of '59, dedicate this book to you, Harriet Hall, with lasting affection and grati- tude. It is our attempt to express our feelings, which so often remain unspoken. If, as Aristotle has said, '-'Our characters are the result of our con- duct, then your quiet influence on us will surely be far-reaching. We are grateful to you, Miss Hall, for lead- ing us through the intricacies of Latin grammar with such patience. 'But we are more than grateful for the many very special things you have done for us, which even here must remain unsaid.
