DEDICATIO Pathways of knowledge cannot be successfully traveled alone. How many times have we needed someone to give us a guiding hand or a helpful word? These are things we often need to aid us over the rough spots along the way. Here at Bay Path we are fortunate to have easy access to such comfort and guidance whenever we need it. It is found in the person of a woman and scholar who has great faith in the essential good of young women and is eager to aid them in any way she can. She has set before us an example of fairness and integrity and has produced in us the desire and courage to participate in a challenging world. She has helped us to prepare for this task through her stimulating and ellective teaching, which was always enriched with her warm good humor and understand- ing. Always evident has been her strong personal devotion to her duties, and her contagious spirit has inspired the seniors to superior attainment in all their class activities. Dedication! On the surface it seems a small word . . . deceptively small. Dedi- cation cntails sacrifice of tinte and self for the perpetuation of ideals.
