Unknown “All right, I’ll give you five minutes to write in your Mrs. Findley, getting involved in student activities, journals.” Mrs. Debbie Findley Mrs. Findley shows the art of putting patterns with Mrs. Findley listens as a student telb where Macbeth failed. sentences. ____________________________________ This lady has taught at Bay four years. Her interest in students and her eagerness to help them has gained respect for her from the students and faculty. It’s hard to reward such an outstanding person, as well as a dedicated teacher, but we the annual staff want to try to by dedicating the 1978 Yellowjacket to Mrs. Debbie Findley. Back to scUxx t 8 America did not exist. Four centuries of work, of bloodshed, of loneliness and fear created this land, We built America and the process made us Americans and a new breed, rooted in all races, stained and tinted :V-- with all colors, a seeming ethnic anarchy. Then in a little, little time, we became more alike than we were different, a new society; not great hut fitted by our very faults for greatness. John Steinbeck Administration Mr. Jim Parish- Superintendent, works hard to carry out the needs and desires of the students. The Bay High School Administration . . . Their influence has been felt in club affairs, sports, and the assisting of faculty members. We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for their untiring effort in the 1978 school year. Mr. John Wiles- Elementary Principal, has many concerns about students and teachers. Mr. Arthur Cooper- High School Principal, works at one of his many tasks to keep the school going. 10 The Backbone Of BHS SCHOOL BOARD: Mrs. Jennie Holmes, secretary; Mr. Marvin Elrod, president; Mr. Howard Davis; Mr. Bill Stone; Mr. Shanley Vincent. God has given us this day to use as we will. We can waste it or grow in its light and be of service to others. But what we do with this day is important because we have exchanged twelve years of our lives for it. When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever. Let us hope we will not regret the price we paid for it.
