SUPERINTENDENT This year Bay Village enlisted Dr. Urban J. D. Leavitt as its Superintendent of Schools. He originates from Jefferson County in Colorado where he directed a very progressive school system. He has spoken of the many new and varied programs which he hopes to institute in the present Bay system.
