This group, led by President Loan Phan and Vice President Jeannine Pope, is composed of members from the Pelican Staff, Whirlwind and RadiofTV - Journalism staff who have demonstrated outstanding service to their respec- tive publications. Not only must they maintain a high scholastic average, they must have done superior work in journalism to make a total contribution that is above and beyond their staff assignments. The Teen Board is a fashionfcommunity service organization sponsored by Ciayfers and directed by Fashion Co-ordinator Tanya Sirmons.
