This group, led by President Loan Phan and Vice President Jeannine Pope, is composed of members from the Pelican Staff, Whirlwind and RadiofTV - Journalism staff who have demonstrated outstanding service to their respec- tive publications. Not only must they maintain a high scholastic average, they must have done superior work in journalism to make a total contribution that is above and beyond their staff assignments. Mrs. Betty Kiser was once again sponsor of Quill and Scroll and Miss Patty Brown represented them in Homecoming activities. Membership is restricted to present and former Latin students only, The local chapter of the Latin Club is a member of the Junior Classical League of Florida and the National Union Classical League. Each Spring we have representatives from our Latin Club at the District and State Forums.
