Mrs. Miles is the Pelican sponsor. —a Nie JUNIOR STAFF MEMBERS, Front Row, Left to Right: Bunny Morrissey, Jo Gober, Dottie Ennis, Dianne George. BACK ROW: Nancy Brown, Sally Bone, Daphne Dukate, Bill Long. Dear Student Body, The 1960 Pelican staff members have lived through this, the production of another Bay High School year- book. Much thought, time, effort, planning, fussing (?), blood, sweat and tears, go into such a production. It is fitting that we say “Thank You” to the Panama City Chamber of Commerce for arranging “Bay High Day” and to our business men for letting us invade your business houses. The proceeds of this work day enable us to produce an annual without any adver- tising. It is the sincere wish of each Pelican staff member that you will enjoy this edition for many years to come. Thank you, Pam Byrd, Editor One demerit for standing on the grass!
