Youth Center The Youth Center is-designed to provide a place for the students of Bay County, to take part in recreational activities. Under the supervision of Mr. Frank Brown, students have a chance to get together on week-ends and after school hours to enjoy dancing, ping-pong, pool, card games, T. V., or just playing the juke box while sitting around talking. Bay High students certainly are lucky to have such a wonderful Youth Center equipped with the most modern facilities to meet their needs.
