The purpose of the Forestry Club is to unite boys who are interested in the betterment of society and the individual, and in furthering the interest in forestry and wild life conservation. Projects undertaken by the Forestry Club include: planting trees for private landowners, gathering pine cones for the state nursery, and assisting state and federal government in forest fire prevention campaigns. | | Mr. Pool served as an excellent sponsor é F | for the Forestry Club this year. The club has also played an active role in the es- tablishment of a Forestry Course at Bay High which = = was the first to be taught on a high school level in Bis perc Z ack the United States.
