The newly organized Anchor Club is sponsored by | the Pilot’s International Club of Panama City. Since this is its first year of service at Bay High, it is made up of thirty charter members. Anchor Club members eagerly participated in many school activities such as: the Teens Against Polio Drive. Members worked diligently and made their booth at the “Teens Against Polio’ Carnival a huge success. SECOND ROW: Miss Bachelorette, Sponsor; Fleta Crutchfield, Sophomore Sponsor; Anita Masse, Junior Sponsor; Marilyn Lee, Senior Sponsor. Anchor Cluh During the drive, they sponsored a fashion show, a slave auction and participated in the T.A.P. Carnival. Because of their worthwhile efforts and active participa- tion, they won second place in the drive. Anchor Club is expected to do bigger and better things in the years to come. The Anchor Club girls presented a lovely fashion show as one of their various money-raising projects.
