DIVEIZQIFIED COOPERATIVE TRAINING The purpose of the Diversified Cooperative Training Program is to give students who do not plan to go to college, an opportunity to get actual on-the-job training in a field of' work they think will offer agreeable and satisfactory employment after graduation. The program is open tojuniors and seniors in high school who are sixteen years of age or older, and who have a C average or better in school and who possess initiative, are agreeable, punctual, willing to co-operate, and dependable. Those selected for the program will be in school four hours per day and on the job four hours each day. They take two regular high school subjects in D.C.T., and earn one credit for the work experience in addition to pay for the work at the prevailing rate in the industry in which they are employed.
