'Tumgmayumuhmkmdwbmmwhgmwdwuduoghgaabsaguzgk .... The Student Council does more for the school probably than any other organization on campus. The council meets once a week and discusses wants and needs of the students at Bay High. The Student Council is an organization which produces understanding between the students and teachers. The council sponsors many worthwhile projects during the school year. The council plans work for the students to produce money for the two 3500.00 Scholarships, which it awards to worthy students who wish to attend college after graduation from Bay High. Paid programs in the auditorium, magazine sales, movies, and many other means are used to raise the money for the two scholarships. The council is composed of one member from each homeroom section, of each grade, and two members at large, along with the officers which are: President, Vice-Pres- ident, Secretary, and Treasurer.
