The purpose of the Diversified Co-op- erative Training Program is to give students who do not plan to go to college an opportunity to get actual on-the-job training in a field of work they think will offer agreeable and satis- factory employment after graduation. The program. is open to juniors and seniors in high school who are sixteen years of age or older. and who have a C average or better in school and who possess initiative, are agree- able, punctual, are willing to co-operate, and to be dependable. Those selected for the program will be in school four hours per day and on the job four hours each day.
