“Near the Rolling Wide Bay waters finest ever seen. Lies Bay City Junior College.” As we leave J.C. our minds ramble over these phrases from our Alma mater. We will be both joyous and sad to say good-bye to the building which has given us shelter in our first two years of college life. All the events of the past years flash through our minds as we com- mence a new, exciting life. Remember the basketball games, the successful season of the swimming team, the Vet's Dance, the Crystal Ball, and Sadie Hawkins Day? These and all the other activities made the two years whiz by but best of all was Baccalaureate, the Commencement Dance, the J.C. Spread, and fi- nally graduation. For most of us there will be many different and almost frightening experiences ahead, such as larger colleges, military and business worlds to conquer but we will go forward into the future with confidence and hope. ‘‘Hail To Thee Our Lov- ing Mother, Hail! All Hail To Thee.”
