Bay City High School welcomed Bobby Kimball as principal in the 1980-1981 school year. A former teacher at high school, he had spent the past several years as principal at one of the two sixth through-eighth-grade schools in the district. 1. Principal Kimball maintained an open door policy and was always willing to put aside his paperwork fora visitor 2.
