In the case of Bay City High School, the agent for change over the past five years in our athletic program has been Athletic Direc- tor and Head Coach Ron Mills. Coach Mills has a low-keyed kind of energy . . . you don't hear about him until his successes become evident - and this year they have brought us to our first state playoff in football. ' He and his department have given us many reasons to cheer in all our sports programs. - And, so, it is to Coach Mills that this Energy for the Eighties 1980 Black Cat Annual is dedicated. 2
