Victory in World War 11 hinged on one word Com- munication g likewise, communication is the key word in the English classes at Battle Ground High. Each of the four required years of English is de- signed to develop communication through speaking, reading, writing, and listening. The courses also emphasize comprehensive reading, vocabulary de- velopm ent, logical arrangement and distinctive power in writing.
