CUSTUDIANS Always there to lend a helping hand best describ2s our friendly custodians. They spend innumerable hours trying to keep our school in tip-top condition. Mr. Earl Miller is the chief custodian and he has spent a great deal of time assisting students in the production of the dances. The custodians who aid Mr. Miller are E. M. Bragg, Roland Cote, Harold Cupp, C. J. Hager, joe River, Ray Simmons, George Smith. The cheerful mat:-ons are Rubie Christopher and Lucy Willianis. irector Wfe, as seniors, realize how fortunate we have been the last three years to have Miss Helen Houvener and Miss Frances McCowen for counselors. Many times we have entered their office with our troubles, always to be greeted by a friendly smile. During our sophomore and junior years they helped us iron out numerous problems in selecting a curriculum. They have been of even more help in preparing us, as seniors, for college or the business world. The Class of 1954 wishes to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to our two wise and experienced counselors. They have greatly aided us and we will always remember them for their skillful guidance. Page 18
