GLEE CLUBS I Baffin may nof have opera sfars in ifs presence, buf when one hears a mem- ber of fhe Baffin Glee club sing, fhe guesfion arises whefher she may nof be a second Grace Moore of fhe fufure. Do nof be surprised, if some day you go fo fhe Mefropolifan Opera House fo hear a famous singer who graduafed from Baffin in fhe year 37. Then you can be proud fo say fhaf she was in one of fhe glee clubs fhaf you have heard and enioyed so offen in school, under fhe clirecfion of Miss Johnson. The fhree sfepping sfones fo fame, for girls giffed wifh singing voices, are fhe Sophomore Glee, in which fheir voices are frained, fhe Junior Glee Club, where fhey blossom ouf wifh lovely musical voices, and fhe lasf and mosf honored is fhe Advanced Glee club where fhey are given fhe opporfunify fo make fheir debufs, and fo enferfain us wifh fheir mel- ody and song.
