There will always be a few teachers under whose influence every student should be brought sometime or other during the course of his education. These are the forever-remembered teachers who can influence us so deeply that our Whole lives may he shaped right by their teachings and guidance. We, the present students of Baton Rouge High, and the hundreds who have graduated before us, should all be proud and grateful to have been given one of these teachers4lVliss Josie Burris. Therefore, we dedicate the yearbook of this, our biggest year, to Miss Burris: For forty-one years of faithful, dedicated service to BRHS. For setting us straight when we got off on the wrong track. Most of all, for making us do what we were capable of doing.
