LOMBARD It is with deep pride and gratitude that we dedi- cate our lfricassee to one who has devoted her life to us here at Baton Rouge High School-Mrs. Anna B. Lombard. Since 1924 her activities and leadership have enriched the lives of numerous citizens of Baton Rouge, her former students. Although she retires this year, we can never forget her forceful speeches at pep meetings, her pleasant manner in classes and club meetings. and her never-failing loyalty to every- thing and everyone here at Baton Rouge High. After thirty-five years as a teacher, she will live on in our midst as our own Mrs, Lum. MR. O, M. HELVESTON Primtifazl We the members of the liricassee Staff, have set aside this page to express our deep gratitude and appreciation to two members of the Baton Rouge High School Faculty who we feel have heen excep- tional in their service to our entire tlass. We wish to thank Mr. Helveston, who has guided us so wisely in our Senior meetings, has worked with us always as our friend and counselor, and has taught us much. MR. D. F. BURGE Aiuiirmzl Prim'ilI7al Equally deserving of our sincere ap- preciation is Mr. Burge, for his sponsor- ship of the Student Council, his super- vision of our club activities, and for the useful advice he has given so often to many members of the class of 1956. In this small way we offer tribute to these two fine gentlemen . . . XY'e salute you, Mr. l-lelveston and Mr. Burge.
