On April 6, the Senior class presented the play REST ASSURED. It was the story of Phillip Morlock, a fidgety, old goat, whose love for money completely overshadows the needs of his family. The situation comes to a head when he refuses to allow his daughter to marry the son of a meat cutter. Mr. Morlock meets his death, and becomes very perturbed when his family rejoices in his passing on. Eventually a reformed Phillip Morlock wakes up to discover his death was only a dream. The play ends with happiness reigning in the Morlock home.
