Just An Ordinary Day The halls go silent as classes begin at 8:20. Another day at BHS has begun. The classes will vary leisure reading in the library to vigorous, note-taking in the classroom. Not many days go by that someone isn't suprised with a bouquet of balloons. At the end of the day many people try to unwind. Some like to sit and discuss the day's gossip while others find relaxation at the sight of the keyboard. Semi-Formal Dance The Day After Christmas Christmas break was full of excitement this year, for the day after was the Semi-formal Dance. It was held at the Hillcrest Country Club on December 26, 1983. Everyone danced the night away to the excellent music of ‘The Guys’. It was a most enjoyable evening filled with the excitement of going our fo eat and praying you wouldn't spill something on yourself, your parents taking so many pictures you wondered if you would ever make it to the dance, and pinning on the flowers hoping you wouldn't stick your date or yourself.
