QW Mem If ever there was an individual who embodied the spirit of Bates, it was our beloved Goosey . Scholar, gentleman, and humanist, he never once relaxed in his efforts to make ours a better college. He worked with us until the very hour of death and his departure leaves a wound that will never be entirely healed. If there is a reward above for a MAN, Goosey has deservedly found it. We loved him, but not one bit more than he loved us.
