4 3 People . . As students we, from the Junior High School, climb steadily until we are seniors. After what seems to us an exceedingly long climb, we reach the top and become seniors. Then at the beginning of our senior year, the front seats in the balcony are ours at last. We know we are seniors by our position in the auditorium, by the envious looks of the lower classmen, by the IV we place after English on our sched- ules, and by our interest in G. O. election, an interest greater than we ever felt before. But then we must not forget the lower class- men, the Sophomores and Juniors, who also help elect the G. O. officers, and who soon will take our place in the last step of their high school career. Then there are the Freshmen who are just starting their high school career, just taking their first step. They too will gradually advance until they are Seniors. So each year we get that much farther in school until we go out in the world to take our position as real, worthwhile citizens. N Siwtec
