Cindyls main interest are People, Communications, Sports, Student Government, and Cheerleading. Cindy's advise for the seniors of next year is set a goal for yourself, for your senior year, then strive to achieve that goal. Decide where you're headed and point yourself in the right direction. But most of all, get involved with some of the various activities. Keep the spirit of Basset and make the most of your remaining year. SENIOR HALL DENA PEARSO Dena Pearson, after graduation from Bassett High School, plans to attend Mt. SAC for two years. She doesn't have a major as yet. Dena wants to take a variety of courses to see what interests her and then will transfer to a four year college. Dena is a very active girl in Song Leading, Drama, Modern Dance, and Honor Society. She has also been involved in Drill Team and Flagsters. I-Ier main interest are Sewing, Water Skiing, Song Leading, and Camping. The most exciting event for Dena was winning Sweepstakes at camp. Dena's favorite subjects are American Government and Modern Dance. Her advice to the on coming seniors is to get involved as much as one can and to think of ones future.
